Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities is Kendall County's Local Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LMHA and LIDDA). They cover 19 Counties in the Hill Country and South Texas. Kendall County has a Mental Health Clinic that helps meet the Psychiatric and Mental Health Needs, funded and unfunded individuals children through adults.
